Our Story

You're Not Stuck, You're Holding Back

The Pilbara Women in Business Network (PWBN) was created by Dr Sam Casey and Tess Jasmine with one clear goal: to support women in the Pilbara to move past the patterns that keep them stuck, take courageous steps in their business, and grow into a way of working and living that actually feels right for them.

This isn't just about business skills. It's about the internal work that often gets overlooked, the self-doubt, the fear that shows up when things start to go well, and the ways we can unknowingly hold ourselves back when we're on the edge of something more.

PWBN is a space where women can build their business and themselves at the same time. Through practical tools, real-life experience, and honest conversations, we focus on what actually drives growth: how you think, how you respond to challenges, and how you support each other along the way, especially in the unique reality of running a business in regional Western Australia.
